Blueberry Tahini Bran Muffins

Makes 6-8 muffins

1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or white whole wheat)
1/3 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup plain soy milk or other dairy free milk
3-4 tbsps fine raw sugar (or other granulated sugar)
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 egg
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp table salt
1/3 cup blueberries, chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, or other stir-in of choice
